FAQ

What happens to my document after I send it?

It's deleted the moment your fax reaches a final result — delivered, failed, or an unpaid upload past 60 minutes. We don't keep a copy after that.

Is my card charged right away?

No. Your card is authorized when you confirm payment, but only actually charged once the fax is delivered. If it fails, the authorization is released and you're never charged.

Do you email me the result?

Only if you give us an email address, and only once. We don't store the address itself — we keep a one-way scrambled version that lets us avoid sending the notice twice, but can't be turned back into your email.

What file types and sizes can I send?

PDF, JPG or PNG · up to 20 MB · up to 30 pages.

How much does it cost?

$3.49 for up to 5 pages, then $0.25 for each additional page.

Is there a page limit?

Yes — up to 30 pages per fax.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There's no login and no account. You get a private tracking link to follow your fax instead.

Is this private and secure?

Yes — no ads, no third-party trackers on the page while your fax is in progress, and your card details go straight to Stripe, never through our servers.

Which fax numbers can I send to?

US and Canada fax numbers only, for now.

What happens if delivery fails?

We retry automatically for a short window. If it still doesn't go through, we fail the job, release your card authorization so you're never charged, and delete the document.
