We built FaxItIn around one idea: the fastest way to earn your trust with a sensitive document is to not keep it.
Most online fax services want your email, your name, and an account before they'll let you send anything. We don't. You can send a fax on FaxItIn without ever creating a login. There's no password to forget, no account database that could someday leak, and nothing tying your identity to what you sent — because we never collected it in the first place.
Your document doesn't stick around. We hold your file only for as long as it takes to actually send the fax — typically a matter of minutes. If the line's busy or the receiving machine isn't answering, we'll keep retrying automatically for a while, but even in that case, your document is gone — deleted — shortly after the attempt finishes, one way or the other. We don't keep a copy "just in case." Once your fax is sent (or once we've genuinely exhausted our attempts), there's nothing left on our end to lose, leak, or hand over.
Your email is optional, and we treat it that way. If you'd like a receipt confirming your fax went through — or letting you know it didn't, so you're never charged for a fax that failed — you can give us an email address. We'll use it exactly once, to send that one message, and then we don't keep it. We're not building a mailing list or a customer profile behind the scenes.
No login doesn't mean no way to check in. The moment you upload your document — before you even pay — we give you a private tracking link. Bookmark it, or just leave the tab open; if you're on the same browser later, we'll even help you find it again. It's how you check status without needing an account.
No ads, no trackers, no upsells. FaxItIn makes money by sending your fax, not by selling your attention or your data. We're not going to fill this site with ad networks or sell access to your information — that's not the business we're in.
Fax has always had a reputation as one of the more private ways to send a document — it's a direct connection between two machines, not something sitting in an inbox waiting to be phished. We built FaxItIn to carry that same idea through to the part of the process email services never really respected: what happens to your information after you hit send.
